This 12-hour training is designed for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and individuals interested in integrative and complementary healing practices. Reiki is a non-invasive, evidence-informed method of energy therapy used in clinical and home care settings to support physical and emotional well-being.

The course includes extensive hands-on practice and a follow-up practicum required for certification. This training meets the standards for Reiki practitioners in professional and caregiving environments.

This 3-piece set includes my favorites that I use all the time with private clients and for myself: 108hz, 174hz and 216hz tuning forks. These are my go to forks for clearing energy around the biofield! Here's how I use them:

1. I start with the 108hz as the lower frequency is less intrusive for the biofield at the beginning of a session.
2. Then I use the 174hz which is great for deeper trapped energy.
3. I finish with the 216hz which has a joyful energy so clients feel lighter and brighter at the end of a session.
