Feeling anxious, stuck or irritated? Are you enjoying your virtual classes but still feel like something is missing? Treat yourself to a 45-minute private sound meditation class.
Many of my clients and students have a singing bowl or two collecting dust on a shelf. Dust off that bowl, flute, gong or drum and join me for a private lesson over Zoom!
You will learn simple techniques combining sound with new and existing meditation practices including sound principles, how to “be” with a sacred sound instrument, and experiential meditation techniques. Chanting, Zen, and guided imagery are a few meditation techniques we can explore together.
Don’t have a bowl or musical instrument? No problem. I will teach you the same techniques as together we enter into a sound meditation while I facilitate sound from a variety of sacred sound instruments.
